Cannabis and Psychedelics Regulatory Lawyer

Paul Lewin has advised doctors, therapists, nurses, patients, businesses, politicians, teachers, activists, the police and other lawyers on cannabis and psychedelic law in Canada. He has advised on and assisted on various aspects cannabis licensing at the federal and provincial level. He has advised businesses on Cannabis Act and Cannabis Regulation compliance as well as retail stores on Cannabis License Act and AGCO Standards compliance. He prepared draft psilocybin regulations for the Psychedelic Association of Canada. He has litigated and advised on Controlled Drugs and Substances Act’s section 56 and the Food and Drug Regulations’ Special Access Program. He has lectured at universities on cannabis and psychedelic law. He has been working on and has a current focus on how regulated health care professionals involved with the medicinal use of psychedelics are guided or not guided by their colleges and associations.
